About SCLRC
Sonoma County Land Rights Coalition is dedicated to maintaining the property rights which the United States Constitution recognizes as belonging to all American citizens.
To that end, the Sonoma County Land Rights Coalition participated in a close examination of the Sonoma County General Plan 2020 to fight those parts of The Plan which are scientifically unsubstantiated, unclear or overly restrictive to no positive result, or are clearly a “taking” of the value or rights of the property owners of Sonoma County.
The Sonoma County Land Rights Coalition has also taken a role in fighting the OWTS [Onsite Wastewater Treatment System] regulations proposed by the California State Water Resources Control Board [SWRCB] as indicated by AB 885.
Our members come from all walks of life and are citizens interested in issues related to private property rights. We only use our members’ contributions for printing and postage, and to support the website so we can get clear and valid information to our members in a timely manner.
Please feel free to share any information you find at SonomaCountyLandRights.com with your family, friends and neighbors: we work very hard to check and verify everything we publish.

“Government is instituted to protect property of every sort… This being the end of government, that alone is a just government, which impartially secures, to every man, whatever is his own. That is not just government, nor is property secure under it, where arbitrary restrictions, exemptions, and monopolies deny to part of its citizens that free use of their property.”
–James Madison
